You are so right about that, Tony. I've been researching into this matter and seen that Toyota has been trying to increase their bottom line by cutting corners on recalls. I, for one, am happy to see them get what's coming to them. They been at the top of the heap and for no good reason, in my opinion.

The only Japanese car I'd probably still buy is a Subaru. I used to be a Honda fan, but all they are making is boring cars. And that wouldn't be so bad if they just hadn't killed off some of the good ones like S2000 and the NSX. I'm really looking forward to Ford, GM, Chrysler and even Hyundai and Kia fill the gap that Toyota left with their P.o.S. cars. Thanks for commenting, buddy!!

Toyota has know about there problem for years. They hired 2 ex NHSTA employees, that once we dig deeper, there may be more that wasgoing on behind the seens. I have friends who have owned toyota and tell me they have had a lot of problems with them. For years the US auto makes have been slammed, but they have been making quality cars but the media, car magazines are in love with the Japanese car makers. Toyota has been a lot of smoke and mirrors for a long time!!! GM will come back as well as Chrysler. I will never buy a Japanese car because they never let US makers compete fairly in there country!!! I will buy a German car because the US is treated fairly in Germany!!! Now I see Honda has issues to!!! Stay tuned for more smoke and mirror from the Japanese auto makers!!!
